This location is no longer one of my favorites. The store was messy during my visit, and several customers were commenting that it needed to be cleaned. The customer service was disappointing. When I went to pay my $52 total with a $100 bill, the cashier simply said, “No $100” without any courtesy or explanation. One of the employees, a heavy-set young woman who appeared to be around 17–20 years old, was especially rude and lacked basic customer service skills. If the store does not accept $100 bills, the sign should be much larger and easier to see before customers reach the register. The White Plains location is always clean and welcoming, so the difference is very noticeable. I hope this location improves its cleanliness and customer service.

16 Handles never disappoints—amazing froyo flavors, fresh toppings, and super friendly staff. On my last visit, I noticed some paint chipping on the ceiling, but I saw that they’re already working on repairs, which shows they care about the space and their customers' experience. It’s great to see a business that stays on top of things. Still my go-to spot for frozen yogurt!

I visited a new franchise in New Rochelle and I saw the organization and well-maintained facility in the store. With the Pink Cup I ordered, I was satisfied with the Pistachio flavored ice cream with my favorite toppings. The lovely cashiers welcomed me to the store and made me feel valued in the place. The Pistachio was delicious, and the bubble toppings with the strawberry slices were both nutritious and delicious. With a few people lounging in the peaceful environment, I enjoyed my stay, catching up with my organization discussing our logo to be used in New York City. I visited the store a second time, and the customer service was excellent. I loved the variety of toppings they provide, and the ice cream flavors are delicious. I chose Mango. 16 Handles is a solid dessert spot. Their froyo is very good, and they have so many toppings, more than many other spots I have visited before. If you're in the mood for something sweet, it's worth a stop.

16 Handles is a great spot for some refreshing froyo and ice cream. They have a good amount of flavor options PLUS to of toppings you choose from. What I like about this specific 16 Handles is that the staff here are very friendly AND there's plenty of seating inside.
